2. Quotes and Estimates
All estimates provided by Sang Sang Construction YYC are based on the information available at the time of the quote and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work requested by the client. The client will be informed of any changes to the estimated cost before proceeding.
3. Payments and Billing
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the project cost is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be made according to a predetermined schedule outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 15% per month until paid in full.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment by bank transfer, e-transfer, cheque.
4. Project Timeline
The project timeline will be outlined in the service agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, availability of materials, or unforeseen issues. We will keep the client informed of any delays.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide access to the property and any necessary information required for the successful completion of the project. The client is responsible for obtaining any permits not handled by Sang Sang Construction YYC unless otherwise stated.
6. Changes to the Scope of Work
Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing. Sang Sang Construction YYC reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and costs based on these modifications. Additional fees may apply.
7. Warranties and Guarantees

10. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect our clients’ privacy and will not disclose any personal information obtained during the project without permission, except where required by law.
11. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with 10 days’ notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
13. Amendments to Terms
Sang Sang Construction YYC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
